The 1197 holiday cards you see on this site were taken from over 30 different large sample albums provided to us by the 4 different manufacturers we represent. Our selection is so huge that it would be cost prohibitive to produce and distribute a catalogue that large. By viewing these on line, you have the opportunity to see each picture in a large format as well as thumbnail size which is all you would have with a printed catalogue. What about samples. Can I get a sample of a particular card? While we are strictly an online catalogue and store, we can (upon request) send you FREE samples of greeting cards and accompanying envelopes displayed on the site. Please limit your requests so we can keep that privilege. Please use our online form found on the left side panel. What are my options for payment? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, personal checks & money orders. If you'd rather not order online, you can still e-mail or fax in your order 703-758-7624 (24 hours/day, 7 days/week) or simply call us at 1-800-214-8990 (Mon. - Fri. 9 -5 ET) and we can process your order over the phone. If you are ordering online but paying by personal check or MO it would be a good idea to also print out your order and send it with your check. How long will it take for me to get my cards once I've ordered? It depends partially on where you live. Unless otherwise requested, all our shipments are sent UPS ground. All cards ship from the manufacturer within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order (except cards requiring special artwork, like a custom verse or logo - they take up to 5 days in house before shipping). The shipping time itself will will range from 1-6 days depending on your location and your shipping method of choice. You will be able to see the point of origination of your card to help you decide the method you would prefer. You can calculate your cost before ordering to determine the best method of shipping to fit your needs. What can I expect to pay for shipping? We charge only what we expect the actual shipping charges are going to be for us, plus a small handling fee which is passed on to us by the manufacturer. We are directly connected with the UPS database system so our rates are very accurate. You can tell exactly what your cost will be as you fill out the order form. You will have a choice of shipping method and be shown a price for each so you can choose the best method for your needs. What if I live outside the Contintal US. Does the above apply to me as well? No, sorry. We will have to calculate your cost on an individual basis depending on where you live and what form of shipping you prefer. If you e-mail us for a quote, before you place your order, we would be glad to get back to you on that. Otherwise, we will ship best way and bill you along with your order. Do I have to pay sales tax? Only if you live in the state of Virginia. What kind of envelopes come with these cards? All of our cards come with an envelope that complements the card. Most are white or ecru. Almost all of the greeting cards come with gold foil lining. If the card has a deckled edge, the envelope will be textured like the card and have a deckled edge to match instead of being foil-lined. A few of the cards have a see-through oval window in which a picture from the front of the card will show through. All of them are heavy duty, classy looking, very tastefully done and compliment the card. All of our Washington DC Cards come with white gold foil-lined envelopes. |
